法国将堕胎权写入宪法

  法国国会在2024年3月4日于凡尔赛宫通过一项修宪案，将堕胎自由写入宪法，法国成为全球首个堕胎权入宪的国家。我不知道其背后有何政治考量，也不明白法学上会有何争议，但我想分享两部电影：《L'événement》和《Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Always》。前者正是一部法国电影，在2021年9月6日第78届威尼斯电影节正式竞赛举行全球首映，并夺得金狮奖；后者于2020年1月24日在圣丹斯电影节全球首映，之后入选第70届柏林电影节金熊奖主竞赛单元，最终获得评审团大奖银熊奖。

Is abortion allowed in the United States?
Due to the victory of Roe v. Wade, the United States allows women to have abortions if certain conditions are met, and the specific laws vary from state to state. But the U.S. Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion in 2022.
And the film's premiere is January 24, 2020 at Sundance Film Festival.

Why Autumn needs to go from Pennsylvania to New York?
New York, where a minor doesn't need parental permission to obtain an abortion, unlike in her home state.
